This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for refunds and cancellations of orders or services provided by Upsellity AI.

Orders can be cancelled before service activation or delivery by contacting our support team via the contact form, with requests processed within 2–3 business days. Regarding our Refund Policy, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and credited back to the original payment method, though any processing fees may be deducted. Refund Eligibility guarantees full refunds for services not yet activated, while activated services may be eligible for partial refunds based on usage, and customized services may have limited eligibility. Non-refundable items include transaction processing fees, services already delivered or consumed, and custom development work already performed. Finally, Policy Updates may occur at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
